IAn OU pioneered concept of delivering masters programmes in Organisational Leadership worlwide via the internet.

• based on on-line learning where students can access all necessary material, workshops online with up to 20 students and participate in discussion groups.

This role is absolutely key to the successful delivery of such training. The company have a number of projects and so need more staff.

Teams of tutors will run the programmes. The ELM will work with them to design, train and implement the whole process. They will monitor the tutors and their success, and evaluate the delivery. Will also take responsibility for keeping the programmes up to date
