Highly skilled in MS Excel including VBA and Macros, together with working knowledge of SQL, you will use your expertise to support the business unit and customers with regular and timely statistical analysis, in addition to developing ideas to improve operational performance.
Possessing proven analytical experience, an understanding of contact centre operations and telephone systems is highly advantageous.
