The role of a Telemarketer

This role focuses on contacting customers in order to discuss financial/account benefits and promote a company's products and services. You will be initiating customer contact with both new and existing customers and utilising your skills, knowledge of products and benefits to generate account usage and provide a high level of customer service.

As an individual and team player, you will work to achieve targets motivating yourself and team members therefore, achieving excellent results not only as an individual but as a team and department.
