TBC continues to grow its North West team TBC continues to grow its North West team As The Business Connection continues to develop the recruitment team within its Regional Service Centre, we are delighted to announce two new additions to the team based in our Regional Service Centre based in Chester. 28 year old Alicia Beautement joins the temporaries team after a 6 year career as account manager for a national company based in Chester. Bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience Alicia is tasked with further developing TBC's busy temporary desk, focusing on the delivery of excellent customer care whilst delivering results to tight deadlines. She will be responsible for the day to day running of the busy temporaries desk working closely with her clients and candidates and is already building relationships with both new and longstanding clients. In her free time Alicia sings in a choir, plays in a band (although she won't confess which instrument she plays!) and is a self confessed music nut! 23 year old Rebecca Kennedy joins the resourcing team as Trainee Candidate Resourcer after recently achieving honours in Events Management from Leeds University. Becky has covered various placements during her studies, utilizing her excellent organizational skills and is now keen to pursue a career in recruitment. Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants her focus is sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies, conducting candidate interviews and the various recruitment admin functions that are associated. A testament to her enthusiasm and knowledge came within her first two weeks of employment when a candidate took the time to contact us commending her interviewing and understanding ability. Becky enjoys co-ordinating events in her spare time and has previously organised a charity fashion event for Claire House. It won’t be long before she’s nominated head party planner for the office! |
