With two years of recruitment experience Franki registered with The Business Connection to progress her career and was immediately offered the position of Account Manager for one of our Chester office's major Blue Chip accounts. In 2008 Franki moved over to the Liverpool office to manage a large account based in the city centre.
Franki's ability to develop excellent working relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service has seen the partnership with this client strengthen month on month.
An account manager for major account has a very varied workload and Franki's typical day includes liaison with the client and candidates, filling vacancies within very tight timescales, conducting weekly on-site surgeries and assisting with payroll.
To unwind after a busy week in recruitment Franki enjoys socializing with friends and family, good food and wine and whenever possible holidaying in exotic locations!
