Kay Crayford

Having trained as a hairdresser, Kay then pursued a career in administration, working for Joliffe & Co Solicitors, Cornhill Insurance, Business Link and Greenthumb before joining The Business Connection almost 8 years ago.
Kay oversees the administration function in the Chester office and is responsible for the production of monthly reports and statistics for the operations director along with sending out candidate satisfaction surveys. She also ensures the referencing of all candidates is completed in line with client requirements. Kay can often be found adding candidate details to our database, prepping CVs for submission to clients, updating the websites whilst providing relief cover on our busy reception desk during holidays and sickness.
When she's not at work Kay is kept on her toes by her 5 year old son, Luke. Being an avid Grand Prix Formula One watcher, Kay enjoys spending time with family and friends.
